Commercial License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Luke Reader (“Licensor”) hereby grants to the individual or entity obtaining a copy of this license (“Licensee”), a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the “Luke Reader” IntelliJ IDEA plugin (“Plugin”). This Plugin is designed to provide enhanced text reading functionalities aimed at improving the user’s reading experience and efficiency.

2. Scope of License

This license allows the Licensee to install and use the Plugin on a single terminal device. The Plugin shall not be used on more than one device simultaneously unless additional licenses are acquired.

3. Restrictions on Use

The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin. The Licensee shall not transfer, sell, rent, distribute, publish, or otherwise share the Plugin.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Plugin, including all copies and portions thereof, remain with the Licensor. This License does not convey any proprietary interest in or to the Plugin or any rights other than the limited license set forth herein.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Plugin is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Plugin.

6. Termination

This License shall terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies of the Plugin.

7. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Modification and Waiver

No modification to this License is binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Licensor. Failure by the Licensor to enforce any provision of this License does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.

9. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Plugin and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
